The Impulse 3000T is one of our most popular TENS devices and has been ergonomically designed for ease of use. Utilizing its three modes of operation and fully adjustable settings, you can customize your treatment to your own comfort level. We’ve added a timer which is perfect for those seeking timed sessions. Incorporated with this unit is a sliding amplitude control cover for safety. The redesigned battery compartment makes it easy to insert and remove the 9-volt battery while the permanently attached battery cover prevents loss. To provide additional comfort, we’ve designed the belt clip in a horizontal position.
What is this device used for? Transcutaneous Electrical Nerve Stimulation or TENS is an electrotherapy device and is indicated to be used for temporary relief of pain associated with sore and/or aching joints and muscles.
How does TENS work? Think of TENS as an “Electronic Aspirin”. TENS sends small electrical impulses through adhesive electrodes that are adhered to your body at the point of pain. These small electrical impulses, like aspirin, trick your brain to look past the pain. TENS is not cure for your pain condition but will help you manage your pain without the use of drugs and get back to living life.
