Skillbuilders half rolls are made of molded foam coated with a tough integral washable coating. Half rolls combine stability of a wedge with the positioning versatility of a roll. Use Velcro hook on flat bottom to anchor roll for additional security. Provide stable base for knee flexion and extension.
