The Sekisui Diagnostics OSOM Strep A Test Kit is a color immunochromatographic assay intended for the qualitative detection of Group A Streptococcus antigen directly from throat swab specimens. The test is easy to read, with two color results, and is 96% sensitive and 98% specific versus culture. The kit includes 2 additional test sticks for external QC testing, and results are available in 5 minutes.
