Babyphon palm-style aneroid sphygmomanometer is designed for use in children and babies.
The Babyphon Sphygmomanometer from Riester is designed for babies and children. It is a palm style hand aneroid with sturdy plastic casing perfect for pediatricians offices and hospitals. The monitor features an ergonomic spoon-shaped stainless steel handle. The ergonomic design allows for fast inflation of the cuff.
It has a latex-free inflation bulb and a chromium-plated precision air-release valve. The release valve permits fine regulation and is non-wearing. Micro filter protects the valve and measurement system.
The membranes are made from special hardened copper beryllium making them virtually non-wear. These membranes can withstand overpressures of up to 600 mm Hg. The monitor features easy to read linear scale diam. 63 mm from 0- 300 mm Hg. It has a maximum error tolerance of +/-3 mm Hg.
The monitor includes three latex-free blue velcro cuffs. Childs size 35.5 x 10 cm, infant 23 x 7.2 cm, neonatal 15.5 x 5 cm, one single tube and a padded nylon zipper case.
