Relief Pak Hotspot Moist Heat Pack is highly effective for heat therapy, particularly moist heat. It can provide up to 30 minutes of relief for cases of bruises, sprains, backache, stiff neck, and arthritis.
Using the moist heat pack is relatively easy. It can be heated either in a microwave or in water placed on a stove. For the application, it only needs to be covered by a heavy towel before it can be applied to the skin. This is to reduce the chances of injuries and burns.
Once done, it can be conveniently stored for the next use. Storage won't take up a lot of space since it's compact.
