This rehab pulley is an over-door shoulder pulley system with a webbing door strap. The rope adjustment is shortened by sliding the knotted end through the adjustment slot at the end of the handles. The custom braided rope will not flatten, fray, or unravel with repetitive use. The self-lubricating and smooth nylon pulley eliminates annoying squeaks and messy metal residue.
