Description
The Homecraft Stocking Donner features extra long handles that are used to enable easy application of stockings and socks. The sock aid eliminates the need for uncomfortable bending or stretching while dressing. It stretches the compression garment so that it is much easier to slip up and over the foot and heel. The handles rotate 90°, creating a more comfortable position for the user while applying the stockings.
Ideal for people who have limited dexterity, grip strength, or have difficulty reaching their feet. To use, stretch the stocking over the central frame to the heel pocket. From a secure sitting position, step into the sock until your foot is on the floor. Slowly pull up on the donner handles, working the stocking up your leg.
The central column holds the stocking and has a small ridge that prevents movement during application. The sock aid is epoxy coated for a smoother surface that reduces the risk of snagging. The stocking donner can also be used with a donning glove to smooth wrinkles.
