The Aluminum Frame weighs only 30 lbs. to allow for unlimited Portability. The height is adjustable using a Push-Button and can be adjusted from 24"-32" High. The Pad is made of 2 ½" Thick Multi-Layered semi-Firm foam and is covered by Comfortable PVC-Free Heavy-Weight Urethane Upholstery.
