Description
Gentell A&D+E Ointment provides protective and soothing aid for minor burns, skin irritations, chapping, diaper, and skin rashes. Vitamins A, D, and E in a white petrolatum base soothe and comfort irritated skin.
Directions:
- Apply liberally as oftenn as necessary.
- Change wet and soiled diapers promptly.
- Cleanse the diaper area, and allow it to dry.
- Use with each diaper change, especially at bedtime or any time when exposure to wet diapers may be prolonged.
Warnings:
- For external use only.
- Avoid contact with eyes.
- Not to be applied over deep puncture wounds, infections, or lacerations.
- Stop use and ask a doctor if the condition worsens or does not improve within 7 days.
- If swallowed, get medical help or contact a Poison Control Center immediately.
- Keep out of reach of children.
