Description
MI Paste and MI Paste Plus are the only products for professional use containing the active ingredient Recaldent (CPP-ACP), a special milk-derived protein that has a unique ability to release bio-available calcium and phosphate (and fluoride in MI Paste Plus) to tooth surfaces. When it comes to maintaining a healthy smile, these key ingredients can make a big difference in overall health.
MI Paste Plus offers the same benefits as MI Paste but is enhanced with a patented form of fluoride (900 ppm). MI Paste and MI Paste Plus are safe and easy to use both in the office and at home. They are both available in five delicious flavors: melon, mint, strawberry, tutti-frutti, and vanilla.
Indications
- For patients with medium or high susceptibility to caries and who need support due to very poor plaque control.
- For patients who suffer from an acidic oral environment.
- Can be used on and in a dry mouth.
How to Use
In the office:
- Apply a pea-sized amount of MI Paste to your teeth surface using a cotton swab or gloved finger.
- Leave undisturbed for 3 minutes.
- Expectorate (spit) but do not rinse; leave the excess to slowly dissolve.
At home:
- Brush with fluoride toothpaste in the morning and at night.
- Apply a pea-sized amount of MI Paste to your teeth’s surface using a cotton swab or clean finger.
