Safety, comfort, and convenience come in three easy steps:
Crack: Place an individual vial blister pack on a hard surface with the label facing down. Gently apply pressure to the vial through the blister pack to crush the inner ampule to release Detachol.
Peel: Peel back the lid of the blister pack and remove the vial using an aseptic technique.
Apply: By gently squeezing the vial, apply Detachol to the corner of the tape or dressing. Once the corner is saturated, carefully lift the tape or dressing. Continue squeezing the vial, while gently lifting the tape or dressing at the same time. Continue application until the adhesive is completely removed. Clean the area with mild soap and water. Avoid contact with broken skin.
