The product offers a comprehensive warranty:
Three-Year Limited Warranty: Covers all structural frame components, seat post, and frame for three years from the purchase date.
One-Year Limited Warranty: Includes any defective part or electronic component replacement within one year from the purchase date, at Ewheels' discretion.
Six-Month Warranty: Covers batteries and charger for six months from the purchase date. Battery defects should be noticeable within the first two months; gradual performance decline thereafter is considered normal wear and tear and not covered by the warranty.
There are exceptions and exclusions to the warranty, such as service and labor costs not being included, consumable items (like tires, lights, upholstery) subject to normal wear and tear, damages caused by accidents or misuse, and exclusivity of the warranty to the original purchaser.
To make a warranty claim, contact us with proof ofpurchase and visual evidence of the damaged part. Prior consent is necessary before returning faulty parts, and shipping costs and any damage during transport for repairs or replacements are the original purchaser's responsibility.
In cases of shipping damage, prompt reporting is essential. Damaged packages should be refused upon arrival, and you should contact us immediately. Shipping policies cover domestic shipping costs for warranted items but require the original purchaser to cover shipping fees for international shipments.
Please note that implied warranties are limited to one year from the original purchase date, and all implied warranties are excluded except where law prohibits. Consequential damages under any warranties are also excluded.
