The 8 LPM pump cycles air through the cells in 10-minute alternating intervals, continuously offloading pressure points and reducing shear and friction — key factors in pressure injury prevention and healing. Low air loss therapy keeps the skin surface cool and dry, helping to manage moisture and support microclimate control without additional intervention.
You stay in control with an intuitive pump unit that offers adjustable patient weight settings for personalized immersion depth, plus a static mode for repositioning or rest periods. A pillow feature locks the three head-of-bed cells in static mode for added head stability and comfort. When pressure drops below safe levels, a visual alarm notifies you immediately. Individual air cells are removable for quick, easy replacement, and the spring-lined air tubing resists kinks to maintain uninterrupted airflow. The nylon cover is fluid resistant, vapor permeable, low-shear, and machine washable — keeping maintenance simple. A CPR valve and EZ Lock quick-release tubing provide fast response access when you need it most. Supports up to 350 lbs.
