The Dräger Resuscitaire warmer combines neonatal thermoregulation and respiratory support into a single, versatile device for Labor and delivery procedures. The ergonomic design puts all the components you need for clinical emergencies and resuscitation at your fingertips – helping you support newborns at a highly critical time.
Choice of configurations: In addition to its original design, the Resuscitaire is also available in Free Standing Mobile and Wall Mounted (does not include a resuscitation package) versions to meet the needs of your hospital. A variety of options and accessories lets you further configure the unit to your specific requirements.
Progressive respiratory support: The device’s progressive respiratory support capabilities help you stabilize patient breathing while providing the minimal amount of support required to safeguard fragile lungs. The unit provides T-Piece resuscitation – the new standard for neonatal resuscitation. The AutoBreath option allows you to perform resuscitation hands-free: set the breath per minute, FIO2, PEEP, and airway pressure relief. When the AutoBreath interface is comfortably secured this will provide hands-free ventilatory support to your baby. All these parameters are adjustable based on the clinical needs of the infant.
Fast, uniform thermoregulation: The Resuscitaire provides fast heating due to its unique silica quartz technology – a highly-responsive heating element. A full-length parabolic reflector helps distribute the heat evenly over the entire mattress area. A pre-warm mode lets you focus on the mother and baby, rather than having to silence alarms.
Free Standing: The blender, suction, flowmeter, and positive pressure are all mounted on the stand and located at your fingertips. Front-facing gauges accurately monitor airway pressure, suction, and gas supply to help you control the process. The suction compartment is located at the back of the unit to make routine cleaning quick and easy. This transportable model can be used to warm both mom and baby after birth and support kangaroo care.
Wall Mount: This easy-to-use, compact design option fits into any birthing room design that does not require resuscitation.
