The CanDo Slim WaTE Weighted Exercise Bars are the tool you need and want in therapy, fitness, aerobics, yoga, and Pilates to increase strength and range of motion. They also work well to improve endurance, balance, and motor skills. Including weighted bars in an exercise routine burns calories, increases balance, and improves flexibility. So versatile, the WaTE bars can be used in a supine, sitting, or standing position. Additionally, the bars are a terrific addition to circuit and interval classes, kickboxing, martial arts, weightlifting, and aerobics. A WaTE Bar freshens up and enhances the benefits of "traditional" exercises such as sit-ups, push-ups, squats, lunges, overhead presses, and curls. Even jogging and power walking workouts will benefit. With a 1.5" diameter and 36" long, these are easy to grip, use, clean, and store. Available individually or in multi-bar sets, the bars are color-coded with most full-pound bars a solid color and half-pound bars striped. This bar is Tan and weighs 1 lb. Weighted bars build strength in arms and legs in addition to building core stabilization. Terrific for use in physical therapy as well as cardio, HIIT, and step workouts.
