The NewLife Intensity Stationary Oxygen Concentrator from Chart Industries has an outlet pressure three times higher than most other concentrators. This model features dual flowmeters, providing oxygen to two patients simultaneously.
High Function: Combined with high flow rates, it is designed to provide oxygen therapy in special situations such as with the use of large volume jet nebulizers, medication nebulizers, tracheotomy setups, venti-masks, and long oxygen tubing runs. It is convenient and simple to use for tracheostomy setups by eliminating the need for a separate compressor machine. By connecting a jet neb to the oxygen outlet, patients can receive humidified oxygen.
Specifications: This home oxygen concentrator has continuous flow settings from 2 - 8 LPM or 2 - 10 LPM. The 8 LPM option has oxygen concentrations of 92% +/-3 at settings 2 - 7 LPM and 90% +/-3 at 8 LPM. The 10 LPM option has oxygen concentrations of 92% +/-3 at 2 - 9 LPM and 90% +/-3 at 10 LPM. The 8 LPM has a sound level of 52 dB while the 10 LPM has a sound level of 55 dB. The 8 LPM weighs 54 lbs. and the 10 LPM weighs 58 lbs. They both have dimensions of 27.5" H x 16.5" W x 14.5" D.
Filters: The concentrator has an external gross particle filter and an internal product filter. The external filter should be cleaned weekly. The internal product filter is located within the unit's product tank and is designed to last for the life of the unit. Please see attached manual for recommended PM procedures.
