Description
The softly padded Comforter Splint provides the rest needed to reduce inflammation and morning stiffness caused by rheumatoid arthritis and other conditions. Individual malleable finger stays can be contoured around each finger for improved alignment throughout the night. The Comforter Splint is also recommended to position the hand and wrist following a CVA /Stroke or for neurological conditions that benefit from holding the fingers in a functional position.
Soft stretchable straps with easy-pull thumb holes make it easy to don and doff the splint independently. The PIP (middle knuckle) and DIP (end knuckles) are free to allow the management of pajamas and bedding.
This comfortable night splint can also be used for those with ulnar deviation of the wrist and metacarpophalangeal (MP) joints.
