Easy To Wear: The WristWidget is a single size that fits the right and left wrist. The hook and loop strapping is easy to adjust for more or less support, and will not interfere with wrist motion. To wear, remove the protective tape from the ends of the straps, lay the brace flat with exposed ends against the tabletop), place the wrist on the brace and feed each strap through the hole on the opposite side. Tighten the WristWidget to the ideal level of compression. It can be worn in the pool and shower.
